Conference Registration: Normal registration is open through May 2, 2026. Late registration runs May 3 - June 1, 2026. On-site registration is June 2-4, 2026. Rates and the registration form are located here.
Conference Accommodation/Hotel: 2026 will be a slight departure from previous in-person conferences with conference activities and lodging being in separate locations. NASIG has secured hotel block rates at the following two hotels.
General Conference Schedule: June 2nd - June 4th - Full day sessions (will include workshops and keynotes). A link to the conference schedule will be added when it is available.
Conference Activities: As conference planning continues this section will be updated with more details:
June 2nd (pm): Join NASIG colleagues for an evening reception with food and drink in Tripp Commons at the Memorial Union. The First Timers Reception will be incorporated into this event, offering an opportunity for seasoned attendees and newcomers to connect.
June 3rd (am): NASIG Ramble. Meet at the Memorial Union to walk the ramble route taking you along the front of the beautiful Lake Mendota. Don’t forget to sign the waiver at the registration desk.
June 3rd (pm). Look for the Dine Around sign-ups near the registration desk. Dine Arounds will take place Wednesday (June 3rd) evening. After the Dine Arounds, have fun playing board games back at the Union for the Late Night Social.

Getting to the Memorial Union - Overview information
Metro Transit routes 80, 81, 82 and 84 offer free transportation around the city to the University. These routes will be operating a recess schedule during the conference. Routes 80, 81 and 82 have a stop at the Union - Langdon & Memorial Union. All Madison Metro buses are kneeling buses and can transport wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
